Ten Thousand Lotte Mall Hanoi - Coffee shop in Hanoi

I absolutely loved this place! Thousand at Lotte Mall is a total must-visit. The whole design is super aesthetic and minimalist; the huge glass windows let in the most amazing natural light, making it the perfect spot to snap some incredible photos. I sat out on the terrace for a while just to soak in the vibe, and it's incredibly relaxing. Plus, the quality of the coffee is top-tier and totally worth it. Highly recommend if you're looking for great coffee, a chill ambiance, and amazing pictures! 🧋🍵🍮☕️🫖🍰🍪🍩🥮

The mango cake was ok and the matcha was nice. I asked for less ice, but the drink still came with a lot of ice. The chocolate cake was also still frozen inside. There were very few pastry option and overall the experience felt quite average. For the price, I expected a bit more, especially proper glassware instead of disposable cups.

The service is so so bad. We waited 20 mins for two cups of coffee and it’s probably the worst one I have ever tried in Hanoi. So disappointing. The cakes and pastries look great but taste so mehh. A bit surprised because the place is full of customers. Will not be back here for sure 👎👎👎

Had the Espinner, Coconut matcha, jasmine oolong, blueberry yoghurt and tiramisu croissant. Unique experience.

Good coffee. Ordered delicious coffee over delivery app the other day, was totally satisfied. came to visit in-person to find lowsy customer service and no smile from the staff. part of the order was forgotten when served, a drink wasn't made as asked although the staff member aknowledged the request during the order. was the only customer at that time, staff just chose to be ignorant and unpleasant. last year it was my favorite coffee shop in the area. won't be coming back after such experience. recommend delivery but likely better to go elsewhere if you want to come in.
