Maii Bistro - Vietnamese restaurant in Hanoi

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This is definitely a must-visit when in Hanoi . Every dish was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend the vegetarian spring rolls—they were so delicious, especially with the dipping sauce. Everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Definitely worth a visit!

Tasty, flavorful food and such great service! Dan Thu was our waitress and went above and beyond to make sure our allergies were properly confirmed. Such a great last-minute find, and it definitely doesn’t have a 4.9/5 rating for nothing! 🤩 Will definitely be coming back!

Love this place! I came here from Google’s recommendations and it didn’t disappoint me. It’s Vietnamese fusion cuisine, food are nice cocktails are even nicer! 🔥 I heard they have a cocktail bar on 3/F, will go explore it after dinner.

Amazing experience! Food tasted great too. There is a lot of variety to choose from and staff was super attentive as well. Overall a really good place to pick for casual meet ups or for special nights. Would definitely recommend this spot for friends or family! 10/10

The best fusion restaurant, and probably the best overall restaurant, we have visited in Hanoi. It is located in the West Lake area, and honestly, it was mind-blowing. The menu includes traditional Hanoi dishes, but they are modernized with fancier ingredients while still keeping the original process and identity of the dishes intact. It is a little on the expensive side, but trust me, it is very much worth it. I really liked the mì quảng, and my wife enjoyed her pigeon dish as well. We also tried the carpaccio, which was made with Vietnamese meat and gave the meal a nice Western twist, while still fitting the fusion concept of the restaurant. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were very attentive, cared about where we came from, and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The beer was also quite good. Overall, I highly recommend going here. You will not be disappointed.
