Beef : 8/10 done well Ravioli: 7/10 good but not my style ( i love the pumkin tortellini of my friend better - highly recommend ) Salad: 👌🏻👌🏻 Eggplant: 100/10 fantastic 👏🏻 Staff doing good job. Sparkling wine was a little bit out of bubble but its fine.

Hanoi boasts a lot of restaurants worthy of keeping it's ex-pat population happy. If you're looking for a good Italian option, this is a spot you're going to want to check out. Solid food, good ambiance, and impeccable service. All at an understandably higher price tag. Cash, credit card payments accepted. Excellent English. The food here is good. Once upon a time I might have argued it was not rocket science to make good pasta dishes. While that might be true, it's much harder to make pasta dishes that actually resemble the names on Italian menus around the world. This place can do that. Well. And it does it with style. If you're in to photo ops, you aren't going to want to miss the chance to photo/video your pasta being tossed in a massive half-wheel of parmigiano cheese and then slid provocatively onto your plate for you to enjoy. Good wine options as well. A great first or 5,000th date idea.

Delicious Italian food, a lovely place to spend a cozy and satisfying evening with friends. Pizza was great, pasta even better, we all enjoyed our meal. I remembered to take a picture when it was too late… They are also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for me. I kept my dog in his bag though.

Delicious food and excellent service. They also have beautiful backyard outside. It is very calm and peaceful, and you can feel the breeze. The ambiance is good, the food and beverage options are unique and delicious, and the staff is professional and pays attention to their customers. The price is also affordable. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was made perfectly. I will definitely come back there. Highly recommend!

The restaurant has a pleasant, inviting atmosphere, and the décor is quite unique — the ceiling is creatively lined with empty wine bottles, which adds an interesting character to the space. It feels cozy without trying to be overly fancy, which I really appreciated. The menu is also quite extensive, offering a wide selection of Italian dishes. We tried their pizza with salmon and red caviar, and it was simply divine — something everyone should experience. Another highlight was their signature Carbonara, prepared inside a large wheel of Parmigiano cheese over an open flame. Watching it being cooked right inside the cheese was a real culinary spectacle, and the flavor was exceptional. The service was wonderful, and overall I left extremely satisfied. We visited La Fiorentina based on a recommendation from Chef Christophe from the InterContinental, who is a friend of the chef here — and I’m very glad we took his advice. Highly recommended.
