Perhaps the best Indian restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam. The food quality is simple outstanding and the service is amazing. The dhall makhni is flavorful, we had plenty of starters vegetarian. Highly recommended place to have Indian cuisine. Shaun and team were great host.
Visited for dinner on March 05, 2026. Very disappointing experience. We ordered several dishes including Moradabadi Biryani expecting authentic Indian taste but food did not taste like Indian cuisine at all. The flavours were quite off and the overall food quality was poor.
Had my birthday dinner at Dalcheeni Hanoi, and it was an amazing experience! Getting such authentic Indian flavors in Vietnam made me so happy. Every dish was delicious — especially the Lasooni Kebabs, the absolute showstopper! The staff were friendly, gave great recommendations, and even surprised me with pastries to make my day special. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Indian food in Hanoi.
I had a great experience at this restaurant — the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. While the portion sizes could be a bit more generous(especially samosa), the flavours were top-notch and truly made up for it. I would recommend Pepper Chicken 🤤 Overall, it’s a fantastic place with amazing food and warm service. Highly recommend!
We had an exceptional dining experience at Dalcheeni! From the outstanding staff - especially the manager, Ms. Trang - to the chef and servers, every aspect of our visit was top-notch. As tourists visiting Hanoi, we were thrilled to find such genuinely delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. The team was incredibly accommodating with our dietary restrictions, and Ms. Trang went above and beyond to ensure every dish was prepared exactly to our preference. The food was so impressive that we’ve already visited twice and definitely plan to return again during our trip! We highly recommend the Tandoori Broccoli and the Fried Rice.
