CORNTILLAS bakery - Mexican restaurant in Hanoi

Staff were very friendly, even dancing with our daughter. We loved the food and drinks for our short visit to Tay Ho!

The juice tastes natural and really good. The views of the Cafe next to the lake is gorgeous. These guys deserve a 5 star rating however there's a waitress w very bad attitude. No smile, no hello, no nothing, except condescending looks. After failing to serve us, I sent my friend to the counter to order. There, she yelled at her. Another girl served instead. When I returned to pay she said "130K". I thought she doesn't know English but she does so language wasn't the problem. BAD ATTITUDE is!

This is a tasty new Mexican place with a great water view, right on West Lake. I tried three different types of tacos and liked them all. Vegetarians would like the mushroom tacos, loaded with ingredients just like the others. They brought complementary chips and two sauces while I waited for my lunch. My server spoke English and was helpful. Drink choices are varied and not terribly expensive. The setting is nice and you can sit inside or outside.

The owners are especially kind people. they treat everyone so well when they visit. the food and drink are simple but delicious. Their smoothies are very good too. You can't beat the location. you have stunning views of the lake. They often have concerts and open mic nights on Sundays that are very fun and relaxed to attend. a great spot to hang out and chill. popular with westerners and locals alike. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. Atmosphere can't be beat without relying on a gimmick.
